Special epoxy resin series-1

This special epoxy resin has two constituents of A and B for curing at normal trmperature in three models of JG-128A/B transparent epoxy resin embedment material, JG-2920A/B elastic epoxy resin embedment material and JG-920 epoxy adhesion agent.
JG-128A/B transparent epoxy resin embedding material has low viscosity, long pot life and other features. The cured epoxy resins are characterized by good transparent degree, good surface brightness and luster as well as good tenacity, and excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
JG-2920A/B elastic epoxy resin embedding material is an insulating material with multiple purposes. It is especially applicable for embedment of anti-vibration elements and elements with obvious contrast in high temperature and low temperature.
JG-920A/B epoxy resin bond has good adhesion to multiple materials including metal, glass, and rebber and plastic, etc.

- Attentions
The two-time and mor casting method is recommended so that the surface of cast product can be smooth and bright.
AB material must be used up within a short time after being mixed.
A and B material preparation should be quantified strictly as per proportion. Either excessive or insufficient curing agent would affect the curing effect.
Make sure to stir uniformly after A and B materials are mixed up, to avoid the negative influence over curing quality;
Pay attention to insulation after use as Constituent B is liable for moisture absorption.
Pay attention to ventilation in the working environment. Avoid the material from splattering into mouth and eyes during use.
Storage should comply with requirements of normal chemicals:Shade, dry and ventilation. The storage period is 6 months.
