Bond series

This bond is divided into three models:JG-601, JG-602, and JG-6001.
JG-601 is a bond of acrylic acid ester and compounded with multiple acrylic acid esters through polymerization under high temperature without color and with good anti-ageing performance.
JG-602 is a rubber-system contact adhesive and composed by adding tie resin and other supportive agents into rubber with the features of significant initial viscous force and strong adhesion.
JG-6001 composite bond is compounded with multiple raw material monomers through high-temp polymerization with features of light color and luster, low viscosity and strong adhesion, etc.
This series of bond are applicable for coating and adhesion of various basis materials such as plastic film, paper sheet, metal film and foam, etc.

Remarks

When applied for electrical insulation adhesive tape, a 1.0% of cross-linking agent needs to be added for JG-601.



- Attentions
It is required that the material to be compounded should have a dry surface free from humidity and pollution, to avoid negative influence over compounding strength.
Should be gelatinized uniformly. The gelatinizing quantity is generally controlled at 100-200g/m2,dependent upon the compounding device.
After gelatinizing, solvent inside the coat should be volatized before compounding. It would affect compounding strength if there is excessive residual solvent in the coating adhesive.
This product is oil-soluble resin and should be kept away from tinder and heat source during production process.
The remaining composite bond in the package should maintain insulated.
